How to Get Started with Beginner Piano Lessons
This is a sort of "self-help guide" I put together for you, to help you or your child get started with lessons.
I've found that many students who come into my home don't have a clear plan, and because piano is a long-term project, this often leads to frustration. My goal here is to help you by guiding you step by step through the process that should happen before you ever set foot in a piano studio. This might be the most important thing you do to ensure your piano lesson success--and most people never do it!
Take your time to work through each of the steps below and you will set yourself up for a fun and successful piano lesson experience. You'll want to have a pen and paper handy so you can take notes while you work through each page.
